About the role

Join the iconic No7 team as a Beauty Advisor and help customers discover confidence through science‑led skincare and expert makeup advice. Working across selected London locations, you will receive comprehensive training and become a trusted brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the 12‑month Skin School programme and obtain a CIBTAC qualification.
• Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations using innovative tools and technology.
• Explain the science behind No7 products in clear, customer‑focused language.
• Provide expert makeup advice, including shade matching, product demonstrations and routine building.
• Drive sales, meet targets and promote new launches and offers.
• Build long‑term relationships that encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the wider Boots team to achieve commercial results.
• Maintain a well‑presented counter that showcases the No7 range.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for skincare and makeup with a desire to help others feel confident.
• Enjoyment of meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance.
• Confidence engaging customers and explaining product benefits clearly.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
• Enthusiasm for representing a heritage brand and its future innovations.

Required skills

• CIBTAC qualification (or willingness to obtain it through training).
