About the role

We are seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor with at least four years post‑qualification experience to join our specialist construction team in Glasgow. The role offers a blend of autonomy and collaboration, working on major development, regeneration and energy projects across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate building contracts, professional appointments and related documentation.
• Manage construction matters for large property developments, infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Provide legal advice to developers, contractors, funders and public sector bodies.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients from project inception to completion.

Required profile

• 4+ years PQE in non‑contentious construction law.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage matters end‑to‑end.
• Clear, pragmatic communication with clients.
• Commercial, solutions‑focused approach.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
