Nurse Case Manager

About the role

Healix is looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse to join its Medical Assistance team as a Nurse Case Manager. This office‑based position supports patients and policyholders worldwide, providing clinical advice, managing emergency medical assistance, and coordinating repatriation cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new and ongoing emergency medical assistance, claims, and repatriation cases in collaboration with coordinators and the wider organisation.
• Provide non‑diagnostic medical advice to policyholders and Medical Helpline clients.
• Offer clinical input to the Occupational Health team for pre‑deployment assessments.
• Act as an escalation point for complex clinical queries from patients, clients, or overseas clinicians.
• Deliver emergency airline employee health services and verify equipment readiness after repatriations.

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse with a current NMC registration.
• Experience in case management, emergency medical assistance, or flight nursing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, covering 8 am‑10 pm Monday‑Friday, with occasional additional flexibility.
