Nursecall Field Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nursecall Field Engineer to join a leading UK healthcare‑technology provider. The role involves delivering high‑quality installation and maintenance services for digital nurse call and fall‑prevention systems across the South of England.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain wireless and wired nurse call systems at care homes and nursing facilities.
• Travel to client sites (up to 2‑hour commute, occasional longer trips) and provide on‑site technical support.
• Troubleshoot Windows‑based software, Wi‑Fi connectivity, and perform system updates.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely resolution of faults and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience with wireless nurse call systems (e.g., Medicare Systems, Courtney Thorne, ARM).
• Familiarity with fire‑alarm or other addressable call systems is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with Android devices, basic IP addressing/networking, and Microsoft Windows.
• Based in the South of England and willing to travel within the region.
