About the role
We are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly nursery team in Bristol. As a Nursery Assistant you will help create a safe, fun and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and develop with confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Support children with daily activities and routines
- Assist with play‑based learning and creative activities
- Help maintain a safe and clean nursery environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff
- Encourage children’s social and emotional development
Required profile
- Positive, caring and reliable attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children’s development
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced nursery environment
- Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
- DBS check or willingness to obtain one
