Nursery Assistant – Early Years Support in Enfield

About the role
Reeson Education is seeking caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants for immediate start across Enfield and surrounding North London areas. You will work in friendly, nurturing nursery settings, helping young children thrive through play‑based learning and high‑quality care.
Key responsibilities
- Support children’s learning and development through play and structured activities.
- Assist with daily routines, personal care, and mealtimes.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.
- Promote children’s communication, social and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with experienced practitioners to deliver EYFS‑aligned activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety procedures at all times.
Required profile
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Caring, patient and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine passion for supporting young children’s development.
