About the role
We are looking for a caring Nursery Assistant to join a nurturing nursery in Cheltenham. The role offers a supportive environment where you can help young children develop through play‑based learning and daily routines.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily nursery routines and activities.
- Encourage children’s learning through play and structured activities.
- Help create a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Assist with children’s early years development and well‑being.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Childcare qualification (Level 2 or above) – desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting – preferred.
- Positive, reliable and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
