Nursery Manager

About the role

Busy Bees is opening a brand‑new nursery in Banbury this winter and needs a visionary Nursery Manager to lead from day one. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment for up to 110 children, shaping the culture, vision and daily operations of the setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead & inspire a team of educators, fostering a culture of passion and innovation.
• Improve quality by elevating educational programmes and refining operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety and quality standards.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff and the wider community.
• Support professional development, mentoring and growth of the team.
