Nursery Nurse – Early Years Educator

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Nursery Nurses and Early Years Educators to join our innovative nursery space in Kensal Rise. You will deliver inspirational care and education to children in a setting that combines play, learning, and co‑working facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and educational activities for children aged 0‑5.
- Plan and implement age‑appropriate learning programmes aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating environment within the nursery’s diverse facilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the co‑working and leisure areas.
Required profile
- Qualified Early Years Educator, Nursery Nurse or Nursery Practitioner.
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) or higher.
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary £30,000‑£32,000 per year.
- 37 days’ holiday (including bank holidays) plus additional leave for service.
- Sick pay, performance‑related bonus up to 5%.
- Referral bonus, clothes allowance, birthday day off.
- Enhanced maternity and paternity pay, childcare discount, bike‑to‑work scheme.
- Service bonuses: £5,000 after 5 years, £10,000 after 10 years.
