Nursery Nurse – Part‑time

About the role

Kindred Nurseries is looking for a passionate Nursery Nurse to join its Winterbourne Earls site on a part‑time, permanent basis. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where young children can learn, play and develop their early skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a homely, stimulating setting for children, ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate records, observations and reports in line with regulatory standards.
• Support the Room Leader in delivering high‑quality Early Years education.
• Engage positively with parents, carers and colleagues.
• Assist with daily routines, meals and activities, keeping the environment clean and organised.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to professional development.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain paediatric first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene certificates.
