Nursery Practitioner – Blackpool

About the role

We are partnering with a welcoming nursery in Blackpool to find a passionate Nursery Practitioner. You will support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Promote positive social development and encourage children to explore and learn.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement daily programmes.
• Observe and record children’s progress and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a nursery or early‑years setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
