Nursery Practitioner (CACHE Level 2/3) – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team in Redhill. The role is full‑time and ideal for candidates with CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications who are passionate about early childhood education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and deliver educational activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress, preparing detailed reports.
• Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues about children’s wellbeing.
• Support meal times, hygiene routines and adhere to health and safety policies.

Required profile

• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
• Proven experience in a nursery or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team.
