Nursery Practitioner – CACHE Level 2/3 (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner with CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualifications to join our vibrant team in Redhill. This full‑time position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the early development of young children.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and deliver educational activities that support physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
• Observe, assess, and report on children’s progress.
• Maintain open communication with parents and colleagues.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with meal times and routine hygiene tasks.

Required profile

• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education.
• Proven experience as a nursery practitioner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards working with children.
