Nursery Practitioner – Early Years Setting in Poole

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our welcoming early years setting in Poole. The role is suitable for candidates with Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualifications who are eager to support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care and learning activities that meet EYFS standards.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Plan and implement engaging, development‑focused activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, professional practice.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years.
• Enthusiasm for supporting children’s growth and learning.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a friendly, professional team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

• Up to £15.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
