About the role
Teaching Personnel is seeking multiple qualified Nursery Practitioners to join primary schools in Woking, Surrey. The role starts in September 2026 and can be undertaken on a part‑time or full‑time basis (08:30‑15:30). This temporary position offers the chance to support early years learners and make a positive impact on young children’s development.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality nursery support and care for children in reception and early years settings.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and assessments as required.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth transition between nursery and classroom.
Required profile
- Previous experience working in Reception/Early Years.
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (preferred).
- Enthusiastic, patient, and caring attitude towards children.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
