Nursery Practitioner

About the role

Joining Little Pioneers is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to support the development and wellbeing of children in our Brighton centre. You will work closely with families and the early years team to deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that promote learning, social interaction and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment for children.
• Observe and record children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and senior staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent implementation of the early years curriculum.
• Support children’s emotional needs with compassion and patience.

Required profile

• Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
• Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by employer).
• Open, honest and compassionate attitude.
• Passion for early years education and working with children.
