Nursery Practitioner

About the role

We are seeking qualified Nursery Practitioners to support children in both nursery and primary school settings across Bristol, including SEN environments. The role offers flexible, temporary placements that can be arranged for term‑time only or throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to individual children and small groups in classroom and nursery settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive, safe learning environment.
• Assist with behaviour management and promote social‑emotional development.
• Follow all school policies on safeguarding, health and safety, and behaviour.

Required profile

• Experience working with children in any capacity.
• Qualified or studying towards a relevant Early Years qualification.
• Good organisational and communication abilities.
• Enthusiastic and reliable attitude.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.
