Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 – Redhill

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in Redhill. The role is full‑time, working four 10.5‑hour days, and is suitable for both qualified Level 3 practitioners and experienced candidates without formal qualifications who are willing to work towards one.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support each child’s learning and development through planned activities.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to daily planning and the execution of nursery activities.

Required profile

• Level 3 childcare qualification or relevant experience working with children.
• Willingness to work towards a childcare qualification if currently unqualified.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or a willingness to learn.
• Passionate, reliable and team‑oriented.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EYFS principles (or readiness to acquire).
