Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 (Early Years Educator)

About the role

Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group, is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its Harlesden site. You will work directly with children under five, delivering high‑quality early years education and supporting their holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange learning environments and materials that stimulate curiosity and growth.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Act as a Key Person, monitoring each child’s development, care needs and fostering strong relationships with families.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom that encourages social, emotional, intellectual and physical development.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under five.
• Genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.

Required skills

• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities.
