Nursery Practitioner Level 3 – Early Years Educator

About the role

Busy Bees is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its Walthamstow Day Nursery and Preschool. In this full‑time position you will support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children aged 0‑5, delivering the Bee Curious curriculum in a safe and stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, confidence and learning.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and senior staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming nursery setting in line with Ofsted standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging educational spaces.
• Participate in community initiatives such as the BBC Children in Need partnership.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Passion for high‑quality early years education.
