Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Flexible Bank Staff in Hailsham

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners (Level 3) to join our flexible bank staff pool. You will be placed in early‑years settings across Hailsham, Eastbourne and Heathfield, working with children aged 3 months to 5 years on a schedule that fits your commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Support the early‑years team in daily activities.
- Assist with setting up and tidying the classroom environment.
- Engage children in play and learning activities.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic setting at all times.
- Provide hands‑on help without the need to complete learning diaries.
Required profile
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualified early‑years practitioner (or recent relevant experience as a nursery assistant).
- Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic.
- Willing to work hands‑on and support staff in the setting.

- Competitive hourly rate of £14.24 – £15.50, inclusive of holiday pay.
