Nursery Practitioner (Level 3+) – Full‑time in Wimbledon

About the role

The Formative Few is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner (Level 3+) for a well‑established nursery in South West London. This full‑time position offers a supportive environment where you will help children thrive during their early years.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s development and progress.
• Support daily routines, including mealtimes and rest periods.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, communicating children’s milestones.
• Collaborate effectively with the teaching team and non‑teaching staff.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or higher.
• Previous experience in a nursery, childcare, or early‑years setting (preferred).
• Proactive, reliable, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
