Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Brimpton House Day Nursery in Kelvedon as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, working 27 hours per week to support children’s early learning and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess and plan stimulating early‑years activities tailored to each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with the team, showing flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
• Follow and regularly review company policies, risk assessments and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Promote children’s physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.

Required profile

• Full Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluent written and spoken English (essential).
• At least one year experience in early years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements (desirable).
• Willingness to undergo DBS checks and enhanced safeguarding checks.
