Nursery Teacher

About the role
We are looking for a Nursery Teacher to join an inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest from September 2026. The role is ideal for a practitioner passionate about early childhood development, communication, language and play‑based learning. You will help pupils build confidence, independence and a love of learning from the start of their educational journey.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging EYFS learning experiences.
- Support communication and language development.
- Create stimulating, child‑centred learning environments.
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt provision accordingly.
- Work closely with parents and support staff.
- Promote positive outcomes for all children.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience within EYFS (desirable).
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS certificate with the Update Service.
- Right to work in the UK.
