Nursing Home Manager – Shoreham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a large, purpose‑built care home in Shoreham‑by‑Sea. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality care to elderly residents while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a 50+ bed nursing home.
• Implement and improve working practices to enhance resident care and staff performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Manage budgets, staffing levels and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a nursing or care home of similar size.
• Qualified nurse with an active PIN.
• Strong leadership, work ethic and positive approach.
• NVQ Level 4 or 5 Registered Manager Award (beneficial but not essential).
