Nutraceutical Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Nutraceutical Operator to join a GMP‑aligned production team in Oxford. The role involves hands‑on manufacturing of powders, capsules and tablets in a cleanroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate pill presses, capsule fillers and blending equipment according to validated processes.
• Carry out batch manufacturing activities following GMP and SOPs.
• Perform production and packaging procedures using approved documentation.
• Complete and maintain accurate batch records to ensure traceability.
• Clean and sanitise processing equipment and production areas.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and report deviations or abnormalities.
• Promote strict adherence to CGMP standards and health & safety regulations.
• Support Right First‑Time manufacturing principles and assist the wider production department as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in regulated production environments, preferably with cleanroom exposure.
• Strong understanding of GMP and compliance procedures.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work effectively within a team.
