Occupational Health Advisor – Full or Part‑time

About the role
Our client in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a friendly, supportive team. The position can be full‑time or part‑time on a permanent basis, offering a mix of clinic work and travel to client sites.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a full occupational health remit, including case management and health surveillance.
- Conduct fitness‑for‑work assessments for employees.
- Provide on‑site clinic services and travel to client locations as required.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse with NMC qualification and proven OH experience.
- Valid full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required skills
- Case management in occupational health.
- Health surveillance procedures.
- Fitness‑for‑work assessment techniques.
