Occupational Health Physician – peripatetic role

About the role

Latus Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join its growing Occupational Health and Well‑being Service. The position combines travel across Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire with home‑based work, offering a flexible schedule of at least three days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct case management and appointed doctor medicals.
• Perform HAVS Tier 4 assessments where required.
• Assess fitness for specific tasks and recommend adjustments.
• Run health surveillance programmes for workers exposed to hazards.
• Provide advice to employees and employers on work‑related health issues.
• Promote best practices in physical and mental health to reduce sick leave.

Required profile

• Valid GMC registration.
• At least a diploma in Occupational Health.
• Experience in occupational health roles within public and private sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and give health‑related workplace advice.
• Strong clinical diagnostic skills.

Required skills
