About the role
We are looking for qualified Occupational Therapists to join our expanding community services across London and Essex. The role involves managing a complex caseload, assessing client needs and delivering tailored treatment plans to reduce disability and improve health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose patients in community, neuro, stroke and musculoskeletal settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to professional standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including acute and community services.
- Build and sustain relationships with referral sources across the region.
Required profile
- Qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC.
- Experience in community, neuro, stroke or musculoskeletal therapy (all levels accepted).
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse caseload.
