Occupational Therapist – Part‑time (15 hrs/week)

About the role
Join the SEQOHS‑accredited Workplace Health and Well‑Being team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This part‑time position (15 hours per week) offers the chance to support the physical and mental health of Trust employees through specialist assessments and therapeutic interventions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide specialist occupational therapy assessments and advice to Trust staff.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at rehabilitation and return‑to‑health.
- Run virtual and face‑to‑face clinics, as well as group sessions, across the Trust.
- Promote and maintain physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality therapeutic services.
Required profile
- Degree‑qualified Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in diverse settings.
- Previous experience working at Band 6 level within the NHS.
- Understanding of the NHS Constitution and commitment to the Trust’s People Charter values.
Required skills
- Information Technology skills for virtual clinic delivery and record keeping.

- Competitive Band 6 salary (£39,959 – £48,117 pro‑rated per annum).
