About the role

Rioz Global is seeking a full‑time Office Administrator to join its UK team. You will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring records are accurate, schedules run smoothly, and the team receives the administrative support it needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage document filing, data entry and record‑keeping systems.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and organise travel arrangements.
  • Support logistics coordination and customer‑service activities as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and oversee basic facilities management.

Required profile

  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
  • Experience in an administrative or office‑management role.
  • Familiarity with logistics or supply‑chain environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer‑service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
