About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the administration team of a well‑established client in Ware. The role involves overseeing daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication between departments and maintaining high administrative standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the administration office and coordinate day‑to‑day operations.
- Supervise, train and support the administration team, monitoring performance and workload allocation.
- Plan holidays and ensure adequate cover during absences or peak periods.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer service and administrative queries.
- Liaise daily with Production, Warehouse, Samples, Accounts, customers, suppliers and transport providers.
- Monitor outstanding orders, production progress, dispatch schedules and resolve administrative issues.
- Maintain and enforce office procedures, templates and workflow documents.
- Produce operational reporting spreadsheets and management information.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in office management and team supervision.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑departmental liaison.
- Reliable driver, as the role requires commuting to the office.
