负责在JAC集团海外分支（包括英国、美国、泰国、越南、新加坡、印尼、德国、印度等）为求职者提供职业咨询、岗位推荐，并为企业提供人才招聘服务。

主要职责

  • 与希望在各国就业或转职的求职者进行职业咨询并推荐合适岗位。
  • 对现有客户进行企业业务拓展，了解并收集日资企业海外分支的招聘需求。
  • 为符合条件的候选人进行搜寻、推荐并提供面试辅导及入职前后支持。
  • 维护行业知识网络，持续扩展市场情报。

任职要求

  • 日语母语水平，具备商务英语沟通能力。
  • 在人才介绍公司从事销售业务2年以上经验。
