Olympia Day Ambassador – Guest Experience

About the role

The Olympia Day Ambassador will be the face of citizenM’s new London Olympia hotel, delivering a seamless, memorable experience for every guest. You will combine front‑of‑house hospitality with barista, mixology and concierge duties, working in a fast‑paced, tech‑enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them through self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a “secret concierge,” providing local recommendations and answering guest queries.
• Maintain the living‑room and canteen areas, set up food displays for the next shift.
• Handle guest requests, operate hotel technology, and manage reservations in the property management system.
• Set up and tidy societyM meeting rooms when required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using a property management system (PMS) for reservations.
• Ability to operate self‑check‑in kiosks and basic hotel technology.
