O&M Engineer – Commercial Solar (Field Based)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced electrician to join a fast‑growing commercial solar O&M team in the South West. The role is field‑based, allowing you to work from home and travel to commercial solar sites across the region to ensure reliable operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform fault finding on commercial solar installations.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Execute reactive repair work promptly to minimise downtime.
• Manage your own workload and schedule while meeting quality standards.
• Collaborate with the wider O&M team to support the division’s expansion.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician (18th Edition) with proven solar experience.
• Ability to work independently and travel across the South West.
• Desire to develop a long‑term career in commercial solar O&M.
