Online Elementary ESL Teacher (UK based)

About the role

Cosmo 1:1 is seeking qualified teachers to deliver 1‑on‑1 online English lessons to elementary‑aged ESL students in Singapore and Hong Kong. The position is fully remote, allowing you to set a flexible schedule while providing personalized instruction to each learner.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50‑minute one‑on‑one lessons according to the Cosmo curriculum.
• Prepare age‑appropriate lesson materials and adapt them to each student’s ability.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo app promptly.
• Submit class feedback after every session.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and Cosmo staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience teaching K‑12 English Language Arts.
• Experience teaching ESL learners.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to serve as a positive role model.
• Available at least 20 hours per week and able to commit to a 6‑month term.
• Currently residing in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Fast and reliable internet connection.
• Access to a Windows or Mac PC with a minimum CPU of 6000.
