Online IELTS Instructor (Part‑time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Online IELTS Instructors to join New City Education’s remote teaching team. You will deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons to students worldwide who are preparing for the IELTS exam, helping them achieve their language goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interactive online IELTS preparation classes tailored to individual student needs.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Provide constructive feedback on performance and track progress.
• Monitor student engagement and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and progress reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest IELTS formats and teaching methodologies.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Minimum one year of experience tutoring or teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and IELTS.
• Strong written communication skills for essay and report assistance.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed.

Required skills

• Experience delivering IELTS or ESL instruction online or in a classroom setting.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
