Online Manager – Store Operations

About the role

As an Online Manager you will lead the day‑to‑day running of the online operation within our Newton Abbot store, ensuring vans are on the road, pickers are productive and customers receive a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor, meeting availability standards and key performance metrics.
• Drive the online shrink agenda using structured processes and data‑led decisions.
• Validate picker and driver resources through effective rota planning.
• Monitor and improve picking accuracy to guarantee consistency across the online service.
• Respond to customer feedback, audits and CSI scores with actionable improvement plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex online retail environment.
• Strong operational knowledge of online retail, including availability, picking rates, waste reduction and shrink management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams, manage change and build resilience.
• Excellent organisational skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
