Onsite Planning Executive (Part‑time, Fixed‑term)

About the role

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking an Onsite Planning Executive to join the Service Delivery team in Milton Keynes. The role supports a key client by managing a flexible workforce on‑site for Royal Mail locations, covering both regular and seasonal staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Angard staff on‑site, ensuring shift coverage and addressing any gaps in deployment.
• Handle queries from workers and clients, providing timely solutions.
• Collaborate closely with central delivery and deployment teams to maintain service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with on‑site stakeholders.
• Work within a close‑knit on‑site team to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Experience in a warehousing, logistics or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients and diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating as part of a multi‑functional team.
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
