Onsite Workforce Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Onsite Workforce Coordinator to join our team in Petersfield. You will be the main point of contact for temporary workers on site, ensuring they feel supported and that daily operations run smoothly. No prior recruitment experience is required – full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and support workers on site, building positive relationships with employees and site management.
• Book interviews, assessments and manage shift bookings.
• Maintain accurate records, update systems and process timesheets and payroll information.
• Respond to worker queries, providing excellent customer service.
• Carry out general administration tasks and support workforce planning.
• Collaborate closely with site management to meet staffing needs.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Outlook proficiency.
• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency.
