About the role

Join a top‑tier hedge fund in London as an Operations Analyst. The position offers a broad remit across clearing, collateral management, prime broker liaison and trade life‑cycle oversight, with a strong focus on project work and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily clearing and settlement activities.
• Oversee collateral movements and margin calls.
• Maintain and develop relationships with prime brokers.
• Monitor trade life‑cycle events and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead and deliver operational infrastructure and process‑improvement projects (30‑40% of time).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in operations, finance or related areas.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
