Operations Analyst - Macro / Credit

About the role

We are a rapidly growing fund manager seeking a senior Operations Analyst with 3‑5 years of buyside experience. The role sits in a collaborative, boutique environment and focuses on the macro‑credit space, supporting the team as assets under management continue to expand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full trade lifecycle for complex credit deals and structures, including CLOs and CDS.
• Handle corporate actions, resolve failed trades, and ensure accurate trade settlement.
• Participate in projects aimed at refining and enhancing the firm’s operational infrastructure.
• Interact with multiple desks to understand broader fund operations and support cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of buyside operations experience, preferably within credit products.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in an open‑plan office and navigate various business areas.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering results in a fast‑growing environment.
