Operations and Commercial Manager

About the role

Ian Williams is seeking a dynamic Operations and Commercial Manager to lead both commercial growth and operational excellence. You will shape a high‑performing team, nurture client relationships and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, mentor and retain talent across commercial and operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving new and repeat business.
• Own the business budget, P&L and financial performance, collaborating with the General Manager.
• Lead operational delivery to achieve productivity, quality and health‑and‑safety targets.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a contracting or similar environment.
• Track record of delivering commercial growth and operational efficiency.
• Strong people‑management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
