Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Operations Assistant to join a fast‑growing global pharmaceutical business in London. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to support marketing, sales, medical and customer‑facing teams while gaining exposure to commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the UK commercial team.
• Coordinate projects across Marketing, Sales, Medical and Customer‑facing departments.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and communications.
• Manage internal processes, documentation and reporting to keep projects on track.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and commercial reporting.
• Organise meetings, events and other business activities.
• Support lead generation and sales administration as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree‑educated, preferably in Marketing, Business, Management or a related field.
• Experience in a Marketing, Business Support, Commercial or Operations role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working across departments.
• Commercially minded with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Positive, ambitious and eager to develop within a fast‑growing business.
