Operations Associate – Finance (Multi‑Asset/Hedge Fund)

About the role

Tether is looking for an Operations Associate to join its Finance team. You will support the day‑to‑day operations of a multi‑asset investment and treasury platform, working on trade processing, reconciliations, digital‑asset workflows and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute trade operations and ensure accurate settlement across multiple asset classes.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations of cash, securities and digital‑asset balances.
• Maintain and improve digital‑asset workflow processes, including token issuance and redemption.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and implement efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with treasury, risk and technology teams to resolve operational issues.
