Operations Associate – Harrods Boutique

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a full‑time Operations Associate to support its Harrods boutique. You will act as a bridge between the operational and sales teams, ensuring seamless client deliveries and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange client shipments, monitor timelines and maintain audit‑ready tracking records.
• Verify order accuracy and follow consignment procedures (pick, pack, send).
• Track press pulls and support back‑of‑house departmental tasks.
• Promote RS services within the boutique and assist with performance tracking.
• Provide support for customer service processes, after‑sales service, and business development initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and act as an ambassador for the brand.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving boutique performance.
