Operations Controller – Supply Chain

About the role

The Operations Controller – Supply Chain joins the Finance Operational Analysis team within Chivas Brothers, part of Pernod Ricard UK. You will provide dedicated financial support to manufacturing, production and logistics functions, helping senior management understand performance across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver financial analysis and insights for cost‑to‑serve, logistics and operational improvement initiatives.
• Identify, track and report cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency gains across the supply chain.
• Coordinate key financial processes, including data collection, validation and reporting to senior executives.
• Partner with Customer Services, Logistics and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely financial performance reporting.
• Support Ops Excellence tracking and reporting for the CBL Supply Chain.

Required profile

• Experience in financial analysis within a supply‑chain or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proactive approach to identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional operational teams.
