Operations Coordinator – Charity Rescue

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will act as the central link between volunteers, the public and the rescue activities of Swansea Cats and Kittens. You will help ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly while supporting the charity’s mission to care for cats and kittens in Swansea and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of rescue operations.
• Coordinate and schedule volunteers for various tasks.
• Maintain accurate information, records and reporting.
• Provide hands‑on support during rescue activities when needed.

Required profile

• Passion for animal welfare and the charity sector.
• Experience in coordinating volunteers or similar teams.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends.

What we offer

• Full‑time contract (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £25,000‑£30,000 per year.
