Operations Coordinator – Manufacturing Support

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing business. You will be at the heart of daily operations, supporting multiple departments and ensuring smooth processes behind the scenes. Key responsibilities

• Support the purchasing function with day‑to‑day administration and manage the purchasing inbox.
• Raise purchase orders, maintain purchasing records and order office stationery and consumables.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Materials department and keep business systems accurate.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys helping others.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and taking ownership of tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
