Operations Executive

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear and effective communication between internal teams, external partners, the client and suppliers.
• Act as the operational expert, advising, troubleshooting and solving problems.
• Proactively improve processes and systems using the latest technology to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support field‑team activities, including organising training sessions, events and off‑site conferences.
• Produce and distribute account toolkits and field documentation to agreed standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with third‑party suppliers to manage equipment purchasing, distribution and asset tracking.
• Create and maintain Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and mobile devices.
• Work cross‑functionally to resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.

Required profile

• Highly organised with a strong curiosity for process improvement.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
